At this time we are paying a guarantee return of 8 percent on all cash loans. All loans are secured by properties that we have already purchased and hold clear title on.  Our investor program is very simple. We will secure your investment with the free collateral on the homes in our inventory that are under contact with our client.

For example. If we have a property worth 100,000.00 and is under contact with a client for $100,000.00 we will secure your investment of 100k to such property.  You will have the security of knowing that your money is safe with us.   If you wanted to invest only $50,000.00 we would then combine your investment with another to get the full value of the property.

We will then use your investment money to purchase additional properties for our clients.
